Experience
I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communications at Temple University. I am now a graduate student at West Chester University working towards a Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). I work as an assistant at the campus writing center. I created and implemented the Conversation Partners program and now I coordinate it through the University Writing Center. I have two years of experience working as a tutor at Burlington County College, where I tutored students in the subjects of English as a Second Language (ESL), English Composition, and English Literature. I currently tutor the subjects of English (Writing, Literature, Grammar and Mechanics, ESL/ELL, and College Essays), Public Speaking, and Study Skills and Organization.Outside of tutoring, I enjoy making candy, reading a good book, baking, and cooking. I also love to travel and immerse myself in other cultures. As a high school student, I had the opportunity to travel to Russia as an exchange student, and as an undergraduate, I enjoyed studying abroad in England.
